First Federal is pleased to introduce Mobile Banking for our Business Online Banking product. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and will work on iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets.
This service allows you to see account balances, account history, transfer funds between accounts, and approve ACH, EFTPS and Wire Transfers with the use of your security token.
To enable this service, an authorized signer on the account will need to send in the Mobile Activation Agreement. You can send by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or return the form to your local branch.

Whenever an Originator is re-initiating an entry because the original entry was returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, they will be required to put RETRY PMT in the Company Entry Description field.

Password Reset Tool - We have enabled a new feature which will allow you and your users to reset passwords directly from the login page.
To activate this feature click under "Administration", go to "My Profile" to setup security questions.
In order to use this feature, you must not be locked out. Users are locked out after 3 unsuccessful attempts. If you are locked out, please contact you company administrator for assistance.
